Paid features are offered via one-time packs/credits as shown at checkout. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your verified account identity. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by applicable law and payment processor policies. Completed analysis requests that have been fully delivered may not be refundable.

RailTC branding, software, content structure, and analytical presentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Suspension and Termination
